Hello,

can you reach the user interface of your router? If yes, please look whether the router can receive any downstream or upstream channel.

It is possible that the router can indeed receive the downstream and upstream channel, but their level values are too bad so the router can't connect to the internet. The other possibility is that the router didn't receive any channel because for example the amplifier in your house has no electricity.

How can I access the information you need? I have been trying to access the router interface through a cable connection with a PC without success so far.
