Activation of Kabel internet at home

I have received a new Kabel modem with my new Kabel internet contract.

For some reason connection is not activated even if @ led is ON.
do you know what is the process to activate the internet?

did you use the installation guide? How long did you connect the cablerouter to the cable-socket?
