Hi,
i ordered my pre-paid sim card in this official site of vodafone.de
When I ordered, I submitted my account number and was already withdrawn as much as the price of my sim- card from my bank account.
But it was not delivered to my house.
and today i received e-mail from vodafone / " Deine SIM-Karte konnte nicht zugestellt werden"
it was written
" If the address you submitted is correct, please order new card again. "
But when i clicked the link also i had to submit my Bank account number again!!
It's already been withdrawn in my Bank account !!! and also i couldnt receive a sim card in 10days!
with no reason.
I want to get a refund of my Sim Card. also dont want to take a new sim-card.
Please send me an email back soon.
