Hi, I recently changed my internet contract from DSL 250 to Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable U but I keep having troubles with the internet, for example when I'm playing an online game it keeps lagging and I can't do anything, on my phone on youtube or other apps I don't have any problem but my parents are saying that on their phones is not working properly all the time. I reset it 2 times until now and after a reset it all seems to work perfect but after a day or two maximum the problem comes back, and sometimes the router is restarting by it self, how can I fix it or what can I do?

which router do you use and which federal state do you live in? Did you test via ethernet as well? Please also send a pingplotter to the affected services.
