Vodafone Hotspot Cancelled but Charged Again!

Why is it so difficult trying to cancel a subscription with Vodafone???

Despite receiving a cancellation letter for my Vodafone hotspot, I was charged again!

your cancellation wasn't difficult. Thomas managed this in your old thread. Via pm he also explained to you, that you'll get back all the fees after the confirmed termination date.
