sorry, but I don't see any confirmation -- nor in my mailbox, nor in vodafone account.
Could you please check it once again?
As for the contract duration argument -- I would accept it normally, but the thing is I had intention to cancel it last month, in July.
If you had some user interface to cancel it, cancelation date would be the end of July
It's not my fault it took several days messaging on forums to just turn off the option.
I have a strong feeling that that you've forced me to pay extra month by no reason.
I've never even used it since then...

Whether you use the Flat or not is irrelevant. The cancellation is also possible via the contact form, but in German. I can't just backdate the cancellation if I can't register any progress. It is now as it is and cannot be changed. The contract ends on 31.08.2019 and there is no refund.
The confirmation went out to you on 02.08. and is also deposited in the customer portal!
