Hi
I paid 19.4. monthly ticket for Vodafone Hotspots and is not working on adress where I am Spandauer dam 73.
Can you help me with that. I paid for that service and is not working. Thank you

Have you tried several spots? Is any of them working? Please tell me the ID of the spot you are trying to connect to.

Hi Sebastian
At moment wifi is working, but last few days from begining was always on and off, working just for some period during the day. I need internet to be available always since I paid for that. Not just couple of hours daily.
I am on macbook, this is ID that you ask I think:
Wi-Fi is connected to Vodafone Hotspot and has the IP address ***
Can you please help me with that so that hotspot is working so I can go online since I bought monthly ticket

Well,
Sebastian means the ID (Hotspot ID should begin with HH... ) , not the IP 😄
Could you check it via Hotspotfinder?

Worst thing is that my wife also paid 30 euro for Vodafone monthly ticket and she has no internet afteer that I bought it for my laptop. Same thing. Customer service dont speak english and I dont know what to do. We paid 60 euro for monhly internet and wwe dont have it. Disaster.

Hey,
well, im sorry for that - but its not that easy to support that, because we cant find on what hotspot you are. Could you probably check https://hotspot.vodafone.de/portal/ ? You should also could read there a Hotspot ID.
Also, try to contact my colleagues under 0631 352 2493 - they also support buyed hotspottickets.
