Hotspot/homespot kaputt!

I live on the adress Warthestraße in berlin and have not been able to connect to the homespot for 4 days. 
I have tried everything, I can see the hotspot but I cannot connect. Is there a disturbance in the area?

Ich lebe in der Warteshestraße in Berlin und konnte mich 4 Tage lang nicht mit dem Homespot verbinden.
Ich habe alles versucht, ich kann den Hotspot sehen, aber ich kann nicht verbinden. Gibt es eine Störung in der Gegend?

have you tried to connect to a different Homespot and did you test with more than one device? What is the ID from the Homespot you cannot connect to?
