Hi guys,
Having real difficulty cancelling Hotspot Flat. I'm still within my 4 weeks cancellation period and I'm very unhappy with the service and the usability of the product. If anyone from Vodafone can assist in cancellation, I'd be pleased to here from you.

Hi Alex,
have you ever tried to rescind or terminate the contract? Actually this has to be done via the contact form.
