Cancel Hotspot Flat

I would like to cancel my hotspot flat contract. I am looking everywhere for this information but I can not find it. I can't call customer support because nobody speaks english. How should I proceed?

by telephone you can not cancel the contract, that is only possible in writing. You can use the contact form, but you should write in german there. If that's not possible, i'm here to help you. Just let me know.

I have the same problem. I have subscribed to hotspot which I just want to use for one month. And now I would like to cancel the further subscription, but there is no option to cancel it online. I have followed the contact form which you have posted but your searching engine just recognizes "hotspot" word and offer me options:

- Something is not working

- I would like to buy or extend something

- I want to change or hire something

- I need to info 

I do not see any option to cancel hotspot or to enter some free text area where I could type and ask for it. 

Can you please help to cancel hotspot service?
