Hello,
61,40 euro was deducted from my account because I ordered the sim from vodafone twice but as contract was different then what was discussed on both occassions, I returned the sim immediately on the same day. I recieved the emails that both sim was recieved by vodafone and contract was terminated and I shall recieve my money back. But even after three weeks, I have not recieved back my money. Kindly return back my money, I shall be grateful. one of the kunden number for sim is

Please take care of your personal data and don't post your customer data in the Community.
In any case, I can confirm that the contract was terminated and the refund is about to take place shortly.
It may take a few more days until you receive the money, since we take into account the billing period of the cancelled contract.
