Dear Vodafone Community,
My mother has Vodafone Contract and in July she has been charged 48 euros for some call that she did not make it. It said it was 24 minutes and 0 seconds. We called Vodafone and explained the situation. They blocked all these random numbers and they returned 20 Euros back. This was not right as we have never made this call but we accepted at least some money back. However, the same thing happened today and it said that she was talking again for 24 minutes and 0 seconds to some number and she was being charged again around 48 Euros for something she did not do it. How it could be that both times calls are 24 minutes and 0 seconds? It seems that this is some automatic thing or glitch in the system that happens. She is taking care of our father in Retirement Home and she did not call this number as I was sitting with her. We called Vodafone hotline immediatelly but they could not help. She said she will block these numbers again. I explained her that we already blocked it before. So nothing is resolved. This is unacceptable as we are being charged twice in short period of time for the calls that we did not make. Please solve this problem and return us whole amount of money for the call that we did not make. Sorry for the long post.
Best regards,
