a rare incident of a misunderstanding of epic proportions must have happened the day I visited your physical store.
Initially, I wished to make a mobile phone contract, but after two failed attempts to complete the contract procedure, I left empty-handed. So little I knew at that moment.
The reason given to me for the rejections by your colleague was that the system automatically checks in Vodafone's database, the name, and my address and finds that I am not trustworthy enough to be your customer. As a last resort, he offered to send a request for manual approval of my contract. Of course, I had to visit again the same store the next day for the sole purpose of learning, if the request was approved or not. I asked your colleague if I could visit a store closer to my residence to complete the procedure and decisively replied that it is not possible. I left the store partly offended and partly in awe of what I just heard and I had no intention to return or use your services.

Fast forward a few weeks, I found myself at the airport minutes before I climbed the stairs to reach the airplane's door, and I received a phone call from my father telling me that Vodafone Gmbh just credited 76 euros from his bank account and if this was my doing. I was quick to dismiss my father's computer skills, but when I checked it myself, I found out that he is right. The keen colleague of yours, in his futile efforts to complete the contract procedure, asked me to give him my phone to copy the IBAN, accidentally, he must have copied my father's IBAN.

So all in all, even though somehow I have a contract, I do not have a sim card, I do not have the contract in written form and of course, I do not know my phone number. Last but not least, my father pays the bill.

I hope there is an easy way to untangle this situation. Thanks in advance and looking forward to a quick reply.
