Renew contract mobile number

I need some help from administrators. I have a contract mobile number fithout phone. This contract was attached to my giga kombi. The contract end in April and I want to extend it. I need the option that is with 4 GB data. I want to keep the advantages from giga kombi.
Could some of administrators arrange this for me?

if your mobile contract is already attached to your fixed net contract and you receive the advantages of the GigaKombi and don't want to have any changes, everything is running as it was before.
