Hallo Vodafone service

I got July Rechnung but found the account is different from last month. (more than June)

Can you pls help to check why there is an additional charge?

Also, if I want to extend my contract, pls advise how to proceed. Many thanks.

why don't you have a look at the Vodafone app? There you can see all your invoices of the recent two years.

Thanks for your suggestion. Yes, I know I can review all invoices for the past years.

But my problem is that the cost increased this month but I didn't apply any change.

Hi @Karen!

When you have a look at your invoice, you can see all the invoice items. Is there a new item? Something must be different from the invoice before, but you can see this. If you don't, then please post both invoices without any personal data.

I compared Jul & Jun Rechnung and found +9.99Euro V-home by Vodafone service.

But I ready terminated this V-home last year.

Can Vodafone double check and return this cost? Thanks.

so we now have the answer to this problem.   I'm sure that one of the mods can cancel V-home for you.
