I took a contract with top Smartphone last week, and I got my smartphones around last week. I had a prepaid card in which I asked to just continue my contract with the same number, but when I checked I wasn't registered for the vodafone insurance and when I tried to register through the website and go to vodafone branch they said they cannot register it either. So I tried calling the customer service but there were no answers or no direct line towards the customer service. Is there any way i can apply for the smartphone insurance?

You can book the service yourself.
That's the way it works:
Call up securenet.vodafone.de in the browser of your smartphone or tablet and follow the instructions.

Hi the problem is not with the insurance with secure net but handy insurance like smartphone insurance. I tried to get in touch with the vodafone in my place but they said they can not order it for me and everytime i try to apply through vodafone insurance online It does not allow me to apply for it

sorry for the missunderstanding.
The smartphone and tablet insurance can still be booked up to 60 days after the new contract has been signed or the contract has been extended. However, this is only possible in the shop with presentation of the smartphone and the sales contract.

Hi I did tried to go in store and ask the people to help me to apply for the phone insurance. But they told me that they cannot apply the smartphone insurance for me and told me to call one of the hotline, I tried. I was not be able to get in touch with the hotline. Is there any solution towards this?

I´m sorry but the conclusion of the Smartphone-insurance takes place in the Vodafone Shop.
Maybe your colleagues on site misunderstood you?
