Overdue bill paid weeks ago, and you are still sending me bills for the same amount. Please help.

I have been out of the country a let my bills lapse. However I have paiid the overdue amounts and you are still show them as unpaid. 

How do I get support from abroad in English? I would like to e-mail you, but cannot find an e-mail for your accounts department or support. I would like to resolve this.

My apology for writing that badly. Second try:

I have been out of the country and missed a number of payments. However I have since paid the overdue amounts and you still show them as unpaid and have sent me bills asking for the payments again. This is very frustrating because I have not direct way of commuicating with you.
