Hello Vodafone Team,
I have moved out of Germany since 4 months already. I closed my mobile contract with Vodafone, one month prior the move. It was successfully closed. I do not have any active mobile contract visible in my MeinVodafone account starting from March 2022. The SIM card is also not in use since that time.
Recently I noticed that I had been still charged ~40 euros from my German bank account every month. Vodafone Team was in touch with me back in March and asked me for my new address which I provided right away. Since then I have not heard anything from Vodafone. I sent multiple emails with the attached Abmeldung/Anmeldung documents. Nothing.
I would like to kindly ask Vodafone Team to support me here and return all the charged money back to my bank account. As well, to stop sending mails to my previous address in Germany, since I do not live there anymore. All the communication, if necessary, should be happening via my email address that you have available in your systems.
