I am having the vodafone Internet Contract and No TV or No Mobile.
Vodafone sales advisor came home and said there is an upgrade for you and no change in contract its only a upgrade and I check its marked only for internet and They took my details and asked me to sign the paper.
After two days I got the mail that there is new contract on you account and you can keep the old contract as well. I got shocked and called the support team they said there is new TV contract which I have not requested for you.
Some how I found the number of the advisor and asked him why you did this?? He said I have not did any TV contract for you , you can call and cancel it.
After two days I have received a SIM card and got shocked again which I have not even opted for it and its not showing in my vodafone login as well . Again I have called the advisor he not even picked the call. I have called another sales team online they said there is new mobile contract for you and given another customer ID.
What vodafone is try to do ?? Even without any request simply send the new contracts and looting money from people.
