Hello,
Sorry for the fact that I am not asking this in Deutsch, I am only visiting some relatives and my Deutsch is not good enough to ask this properly.
I have been told that they have been getting extremely high bills (up to 320 euro per month), I have had a look and there are from what I can see 7 other numbers, including a modem which they do not have which they are paying for on top of their actual phone contract. We have visited the Vodafone shop and the person there has sent an email to someone. He has said that it may take a few weeks to resolve. I am leaving the country to go back to Australia in only a few days and would like to see what should be done and if anything can be done a bit faster as I am worried that this is some form of ID theft and fraud.
