Internet speed in first day

Hi. I sign a contract red xl. Unlimited internet and all for Germany. And my speed for download its 0.80 mb/s. And upload 15 mb/s. Wtf!!! And i can talk with an operator. This robot...it s crazy. I say.. operator for talk whit one.. and nothing... send an sms with german language.

Please be advised that there is no minimum speed granted for mobile network connections.

The speed that you may get mostly depends on how many users are within your mobile network cell - if there are too many users, the speed will drop.

And it's not possible to simply adjust the speed by adding more bandwidth, as bandwidth is bound to mobile network frequencies which are licensed for multiple years and in so far Vodafone cannot simply add other frequencies which they are not allowed to use.

If you need more stable bandwidth at home, then it'd be better if you'd use a landline contract (DSL or cable internet).
