Hello,
Unbenknownst to me, I did not pay for the last couple of months of my Vodafone bill, and I would like to know how to proceed with this. At the moment, I am not in Germany, so I was wondering what the easiest way to ammend this is.
I just started living by myself and should have payed more attention to things like this.

that actually sounds like a situation that should be clarified as soon as possible. The quickest way will probably be via the telephone customer service. Please call 0800-1721212 or +49 172 12 172 12 from abroad.
