Hello,
In the last invoice of my mobile phone contract I had a credit pending of 8,39€ (due to discounts and compensations from previous invoices). I would like to know how is this going to be settled, if I'm going to receive by bank transfer. Alternatively it could be transfered as credit to my CallYa. Please let me know. Thanks.

do I understand you right? You had a mobile contract, it is now over. There is still credit available. The credit should now be transferred to your CallYa card?
If this is correct, then I like to have a look at it. Can be clarified certainly without further ado. Send me a PN with the phone number it is about.
