On first week of January 2018 I get a call from Vodafone with a offer because I already have landline and internet from Vodafone and television box ...
So offer was as follow
Vodafone : - we can give you Samsung s8 and all net flat and Europe roaming free .
We will give you 17 GB internet because you have television box with Vodafone and as well internet from Vodafone at home . So 10 GB is gift .
Me :- I will think about it . Can you please call me on coming Monday .
Next call
Vodafone :- have you decided yet about phone contract
Me:- yes . Me and my wife have decided that we don’t need a phone contract because we already have sim only contract from drillisch ..
Vodafone :- but I can give you good deal and you can send Kündigung to your current contract company .
Me:- what’s the deal
Vodafone :- I can offer you Samsung s8 with Vodafone red S which comes with 2 GB internet and plus I will get 15 GB internet free because I have giga Kombi packet .
All net flat and roaming flat in Europe . Plus I will give you first 3 month of contract free of cost so that you can cancel your old sim only contract with drillisch meanwhile.. how about this offer ??

Vodafone :- ok I can make it better . First 6 month of contract free of cost . 17 GB internet and all net free with roaming free in Europe . All for 59,99 and you will get 10 Euro Rabatt because of giga Kombi and 5 Euro Rabatt because of landline and internet at home . So you will pay 44,99 every month and first 6 month are free of charge .. no one else can give you better offer then this .
Me:- that’s nice offer . I think I will take it . First 6 months are free of cost ?? Right ?

Me :- ok I will take it ..
Done contract was done .. and now after contract
I get contract . I read it and understood that I have to pay 59,99 and Rabatt was not mentioned . 15 Euro Rabatt wasn’t mentioned in contract . I call Vodafone hotline and spoke to customer care . They explained me that there is system failure and that’s why it was mistake and they didn’t book me for giga Kombi Rabatt .. i will get new contract soon in next days said the customer care .
After few days I get another letter saying that they need my old contract Kündigungsbestatigung to give me ( bis 6 Monate Wechsel Prämie ).. i called again Vodafone customer care and said that I haven’t received Kündigungsbestatigung from old contract yet and I will send it as soon as i get it . I asked again that if I am getting 6 months free .. yes sure said the customer care person .
Then I get my first bill which was for my surprise 67,48 Euro . I called Vodafone immediately and asked what’s wrong here . They said we didn’t sent them kundigungsbestatigung so they send me this bill . I said that I called and explained that I will send as soon as possible . So I again asked Vodafone customer care . Am I getting first 6 months free . Now the answer was “NO” i was schocked and asked why not . They replied that I will get only free till my old phone contract is working . Which will be one month because it only required one month Kündigung Frist ..
now I was surprised and called few more time to customer care and explained that I was promised 6 months free and 15 Euro Rabatt after that on 59,99 .. but they said it’s wrong and there is no way they can do that . So I send kundigungsbestatigung already but I am not getting any 6 months free and I didn’t saw any giga Kombi or any other Rabatt in first Rechnung .. I still have Vodafone HD television at home and internet at home but no Rabatt for me ..
THIS WAY I WAS CHEATED IN SIGNING CONTRACT WITH BIG LIES
I asked for recordings from the time when we made contract on telephone but recordings are only for Schulung purposes and not for any other purpose .
Now I can’t even Kündigung because 14 days was too less to understand that they made us fool by wrong promises ..
any help will be nice . Please someone provide solution for this . I did contact on Telefon on 26 January 2018
