Hi community,
I have a question about my GigaKombi.
Curently I have a Vodafone DSL contract and I would like to sign a new mobilephone contract. One month ago I signed a contract through Logitel.de which included GigaKombi, however I canceled it afterwards (within 14days) because I think it's better to do it directly with Vodafone.
I have received a letter from Vodafone, telling me that my contract has been successfully terminated. But when I log in MeinVodafone and try to book GigaKombi, it always shows "Sie nutzen bereits den GigaKombi Vorteil". I have written an email to custom service but it has been 6 days I still haven't received a reply.
I hope someone here can help me to solve this or at least tell me how long I should wait till I can book new GigaKombi.

Most probably, you couldn't finish signing up for the GigaKombi, because the DSL contract was still flagged as part of a GigaKombi combination.
However, I'm sure this is resolved by now.
Please try again tomorrow to book the GigaKombi.
It would be great if, afterwards, you gave a short feedback here how it worked out.
