Hello all 🙂
I wanted to ask if somebody has experience with the Red XXL + Partnerkarte. In September 2019 my contract will come to an end, and would like to terminate with vodafone (or move to a better/cheaper/newer tariff).
However, I would like to separate the partnerkarte and have it as a "single" (standard) contract on its own.
Does anybody know what's the process for this?
thanks a lot 🙂

Hi alekx3,
every mobile number is a single contract. So if you have a maincard and a partnercard, you have 2 contracts with Vodafone. If you dont want to use the partnercard anymore and want it as a normal tariff on its own, you can just change the tariff in RED S for example.
If you want to have just one contract left, you have send a termination for one of your numbers.
I hope this information helps you. If not, maybe you can describe me in other words what is your goal.
Best regards

Hi Der-Peter,
Thanks a lot for the help 🙂 !
Ideally, because the tariff we have is much more expensive of what there is now on the market, is to avoid having this contract renewed and being able at the end of it (August/September 2019) to change to another tariff (or another carrier if Vodafone's not convenient).
In that case, should I still terminate my contract?
Thanks,
Valentino

Hi alekx3,
I can't tell you what is the best way for you. An important fact is your mobile number.
If you cancel the contract and sign a new one, you will always receive a new phone number. It is not possible to transfer the old Vodafone number to a new Vodafone contract. If you want to keep your actual number with us, you need to change the tariff. (When your contract is ready to change from the point of running time, call 0800-1721212 and get connectet to StayVodafone for an individual offer)
If you don't mind about your number and it is okay for you to get a new one, you can cancel the contract and sign a new one, when your old contract is canceled.
Best regards
