Deducting more money than in the contract!

Hello,

I am a Vodafone mobile phone customer and I made this contract from Berlin Alexanderplatz Vodafone shop. In the contract it mentioned, the monthly tariff will be 29.99 Euro and the bill amount was 39.99 Euro. I would like to know, where I can make a complaint about this. I couldn't find any email contact for solving this problem. Please give me a solution.

How about you went directly to the shop where you were sold the contract including the rebate?
