Dear customer support
the following mobile number is not able to go online via cellular network: 0174 ***. I don't think it is possible that we have run out of data because we have seldom left the house and even if we go out, I think we have 20 GB of data to be shared between our two mobil numbers.
Could you please kindly check
May I also see a report of cellular data usage over the past 3 months for that number and also our other mobile number, which is 0174 ***.
