Billing Problem - No English help available

This is complitly unbelieveable !!

There is NO! possibilty to reach a service in English on the costumer service! any of them!

I have a billing problem!

and there is no one to talk to!

How come?

I said: OPERATOR!

But NOTHING!

What you suggest me to do? 

Please!

I have the same issue.

I already made more than 10 calls to the 1212 and the 0800 5266625, and I can't reach the English costumer service. I always say "Operator" and nothing, I even tried getting google translator to say "Operator" in English and in German, still stuck.

Please, let us know if, during this call we can dial any number to reach the English costumer service. For exemple: "dial 7 to speak with an English Operator", as you used to have, in the past.
