I have recently left Germany but have an on-going Billing Issue. I need to get this resolved.
I attempted to correspond through WhatsApp but was advised that this was only available in German.
But as I donot know Deutsch I require assistance in English.
Please assist.

You already canceled your contract, right?
Else, you would keep getting bills as the subscription doesn't automatically stop once you leave Germany.
