Hello ,
I've DSL connection starting ...
i moved to new address, i asked vodaphone store -> they provided new cable vodaphone contract
but , there is no socket for cable . We contacted customer care - > NO use - > no one came to install cable connection
Every month they are charging 35 euro for internet , But there is no internet ...> Very BAD
In mean time i asked for temporary internet -> customer care told giga cube is free for one month
But they sent email as 50 euros for gigacube.
so i cancelled the giga cube within notice period - Bestellnummer: 19992719
But vodaphone is deducted 65 euro for giga cube -- This very bad
1. Kindly give back my Gigacube money back
2. Kindly send the technical team to fix my internet connection
Otherwise , Kindly close your vodaphone company -> Do not cheat the innocent people.

I asked my colleagues: Your DSL contract will be terminated on 19th of october 2018. You will receive a credit note for the base price from 20.9.18 until the end of the contract. This credit note will be offset against the final invoice. Any remaining credit balance will be refunded to your bank account.

Now i got my vodaphone Kabel Deutschland internet connection (Technical team fixed my issue.) ->OK
Now next steps:
1. Kindly Cancell My DSL contract -> Return my deducted money back for DSL (August and Sep 2018 month)
2. My GigaCube contract aslo cancelled -> Kindly return back my gigacube connection installation fee back (deducted 65 euro for first time installation)
Then everything will solved....
