internet connect is not stable

the internet connection is too unstable. 
everyday, the internet did not connect during a few hours and re-connected a few hours. 
this situation repeat everyday. when internet is not connecting, the lights of the router just blinking.

sometime, the internet did not work for a whole day. 
I have had contact with vodafone custumer center several times and they just said there was no problem. 
so i try to wait just solved. but it has not been solved from last 6 month

no I meant the setting on the PC. You are not connected to the internet via WLAN. Hence my question, how it looks like with LAN.

 

So what does it look like if you connect the PC directly with LAN?

I don't use LAN, but i will try.

 

anyway. i don't think LAN will be work. even WLAN don't work. 

because router can't get the internet signal, when my internet don't work.

i just connected with LAN. 

it is not work as well when the router is disconnected.

there's an error rate on the line, but it's not so grave that it should cause those instabilities. So I assume either your modem or your multimedia socket or the wiring in the house cause the problem. That's why I would like to send a technician to check the cabling and replace the modem if it is defective. Is the number that ends on *515 still up-to-date?
