contract end - ENGLISH speaker - HELP

Hello

I moved away since 4 months now and i still keep on receiving bills to pay and i do not understand why.
Before i left the location i sent all the cable packages and routers.
Then i went to media markt for them to help me to end the contracts.
I only had simple contracts, no phones, no term tights.

Please help 😞
