change tariff to Red Internet & Phone 10 Cable

I would like to change my current tarrif from Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable to Red Internet & Phone 10 Cable. I subscribed at the end of last August, and was told that I can switch to lower speed options within one year. Could you please help me with this?

Thanks for processing the relocation. Could you tell me when can I start using the internet at the new address?because I tried plug in the cable and turn on the router, but the router seems to indicate it is not connected.

I found another socket for the cable connection in the flat, and the router connected to the internet successuflly. So there is no problem with the connection. Thanks again for processing the relocation.

I saw that your modem is now online. Unfortunately, the modem values don't look so good. That's why a technician comes by and checks why. He will call you in advance to make an appointment. Then please let me know if everything's working.

you shouldn't send unsolicited private messages to the moderators. Firstly not everyone can process your request and secondly, not everyone is always there. Please take this to heart in the future and always report with a contribution.

The conversion to Red Internet & Phone 32 Cable at 29.99 Euro per month was discontinued on August 16, 2018. This is the day the 12 months end.
