Hello Vodafone, Just after 2 months starting my contract, Vodafone is deducting Euro 3.99 for a product called "Vodafone Sicherheitspaket". I never opted for it. Could you please remove it and refund the money? Thanks,
the package is always with you. In the first months it is free of charge and can be terminated. I think you forgot to unsubscribe and so it is now liable to pay the costs. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message. Then reply again here in the post.I'll see to it that it ends.
