Wifi light off and no option

I installed my cable internet 3 weeks ago and for 2 weeks it worked really well, but suddenly the wifi light went off and the option for my wifi does not appear on my computer and phone. I have not had wifi for 1 week now.

 

I have visited the shop and called customer service but they keep giving me different numbers. The guy on the phone even said that maybe I was not sold wifi in my contract, as he could not see it on the screen. I was promised wifi in my apartment, but the woman doing the contract in the shop was a trainee and might have made a mistake. 

 

Please help with this because I do not know what to do.

You can check in the Cable Customer Center if the WiFi-Option (WLAN Option) is booked.

If not, you may book the option - it's 2.99 € per month to enable the WiFi of your router.

 

Or you get a WiFi access point on your own.
