Hi ,
I just got a new vodafone cable connection. I plug in the router and connect it to cable as per instructions.
But "@" and power button is blinking constantly and I don't have any internet.
Since none of the customer care people speaks english, this is my last resort to solve this problem.
The vodafone shop said that I have high speed cable connection already available in my home address and it should work after plugging the router.

Could anyone from cutomer service please check what is happening and help me out.

sorry that we have kept you waiting. Please send me a private message that contains your address, customer number, the MAC address of the modem and a phone number. Leave a short reply in this thread after you sent the PM.
