Hello great Vodafone Community,
I have DSL contract from Vodafone. I am shifting in new home where Vodafone Kabel is available. I called 2 times the online service for changing my DSL contract to Vodafone Kab Contract in New home. But I have not yet received any confirmation via Email. Can anyone please see the matter and help.

The new cable contract is ordered for the 01.09.2020. At the same time of course the cancellation of the dsl contract. Please send me your e-mail address (in a pn) so I can send you the order confirmation again.
