Hi,

I'd like to check why I'm getting monthly charges before my contract with 1und1 ends?

Portierung was confirmed for 25.05.2020.

I made the contract over the CHECK24 and there was I guarantee that I'll not be charged by Vodafone until my contract with 1und1 ends.

Hi Mj4,

I took a look at it. The credit note has not yet been issued because we received the form to take the telephone number too late. I manually initiated the credit from the activation date until the day I took phone number to us. You will find them on the next bill, at the latest the next but one. Do you have any further questions?
