Hi, please help me here, as I'm desperate.
One year ago, I was using &1 and I tried to join Vodafone using portability. It didn't happend because there was a problem with my name or something like that, that I actually tried to fix. I sent a letter to fix that, but didn't work, and I never received any other email / phone call from vodafone. This year, in October, I cancelled my contract with 1&1 because I moved to another city, ant what a surprised when I recieved an email from vodafone (one year later) saying they will send me the router to my old address. I tried to avoid that and explain I didn't want vodafone anymore, and I call vodafone several times. Finally one vodafone operator said to me the only thing I need to do to cancel my contract is don't get the router when you send it to me. So I did that, I didn't get anything from vodafone. A week later I recieved a bill about 39.21 euros. I called again to vodafone and one lady said to me she will fix that. Two weeks ago I received another email saying now I have to pay 42.01 euros.
I want to clarify that I NEVER used vodafone, because I never get the router or TV stuff or anything.
I also sent the Kundigung by post mail and I received today an email saying my contract will finish in Oct. 2nd, 2020.
I don't understand anything, please help me here.
I do not want vodafone anymore, I didn't get enything from you, I'm living now in a different city, and I have a different internet supplier. I want to fix this situation as soon as possible because I don't want to pay for a service I am not using. Please help me here.

Hi, any update here? I received today another bill for november... it doesn't make sense at all... I already sent the kundigung, I don't want to have vodafone anymore. Please help me here. Please.
