Termination of my Internet Contract due to moving to a new Address

Hello,

I have a contract with Vodafone Kabel since October 2016. I am currently in the process of moving out of my current address by end of July 2018, and in my new address, the internet is already included in the montly rent (it is a student apartment) therefore I wish to cancel my current contract (from 01.08.2018 ) since I cannot take the contract with me to the new address.

I checked at the portal and it shows that my contract was renewed on 02/01/2018
Contract start:02/01/2018
Earliest possible end of contract:02/01/2019
Last possible cancellation request until:20/11/2018

Is there a solution for this situation ? Can someone inform me on how to proceed ?

Hi krizk93,

welcome to our community.

You can cancel a contract earlier if we can no longer supply you at the new address. The contract will be terminated three months after your move.

For the move we need proof, such as confirmation of registration for the new address.
