Termination of contract

Hello,

I would be leaving Germany and going to the US by the end of June and would need to terminate my contract.

I tried to check online for the option on MeinKabel but could not find it.

Can anyone please help on the process or provide any information on the same?

Hello Jennifer,

you can cancel the contract online, but not in the customer portal, but via the contact form. You have to indicate the new address and send the cancellation from Germany, then the contract can be cancelled according to the telecommunication law.
