I would like to terminate my contract, since I am going back to home coutry. I have sent the mail and post of temination letter. Please help me in the process.

And when did you send those documents?

Leaving this aside, there are litteraly dozens and dozens of threads dealing with precisely this topic.  What are your exact questions that you couldn't find answers to in them already?  Please specify.  Thanks.

I have sent it on 30th Nov. 2018 both mail and postcard, but i have received a mail saying as follows:

Dear Mr. Mundugar,

to solve your problem, please visit our Vodafone forum under forum.vodafone.com . Open a new thread for your questions and have a little patience. One of my colleagues wants to take care of your problem. 

Regarding dozens of threads, I have gone through those and mailed the cancelation letter.
