Sorry to write this in English. My german skills are extremely poor.
I am a Vodafone customer (only for Internet / Landline) since April 2018.
I never ordered Vodafone TV. But in August last week I received a Vodafone TV packet without ordering. I returned to Nuremberg from where it had come.
Request you to cancel the TV contract with immediate effect because I never ordered it.

Did you recently talked to anybody via phone about TV or was a colleague at your home? When did you receive the contract documents?

Thank you for your message.
I had not spoken to customer care before the TV packet was sent. My family received the packet on 26.08 or 27.08 and we returned it back on 31.08.
I tried to call customer service multiple times but because of German language barrier, was not able to communicate properly.
Please note, I had never ordered the TV packet either or phone or in store or in any other way.
I have not received contract by post, but I can see TV being added in my Product list (in Vodafone Dashboard online)
