I have ended up in a situation in which I have ordered the Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable connection to my apartment. One on 14.2.2019 and the second one on 20.2.2019 as I had not received an order confirmation. For the second order I did not receive the order confirmation either. Therefore I ordered the Internet a third time and now I got confirmation and also I managed to get the technician to install the internet successfully.
Therefore, how is it possible to cancel the previous two orders as they are not necessary?

there was only one more order, but it was cancelled. You were sent a letter, which should be with you in the next days. Otherwise there are no further orders or contracts.

I asked whether you could see my earlier contracts in the system and the two first times your colleagues could not see the orders in the system and adviced to make a new order. The third time the person saw the contracts, but said that I would need to make a new order for some reason and cancel the two previous ones by sending email to kontakt@vodafone.com. I did send an email to this address and they guided me to this forum.
Now based on the third contract I have received the internet, but in order to avoid misunderstandings, I would like to make sure the two earlier orders are cancelled and I will not be billed three times.

a credit note of 100,- Euro is not deposited. Only the provision fee of 49.99 was waived per credit memo.

this is quite ridiculous that in the first order I had the 100 € discount. In our phone call with one of your sales guys he specifically said that in a way you will not have to pay for the monthly fee for 5 months due to the discount. Then afterwards, when your system did not work and did not registrate the order, I had to make a new order (two actually). Apparently then in these orders the 100 € discount was removed. Quite poor customer service, when something is promised and then due to your own errors cancelled. This offer of 100 € credit is also seen in your website.
What can you do about this?

also in the first order no credit note of 100,- Euro was deposited. The commitment fee was also waived there. There was therefore never this credit note. Correctly on the homepage we offer this bonus at the moment. But it is also only given for online orders.
