I have ended up in a situation in which I have ordered the Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable connection to my apartment. One on 14.2.2019 and the second one on 20.2.2019 as I had not received an order confirmation. For the second order I did not receive the order confirmation either. Therefore I ordered the Internet a third time and now I got confirmation and also I managed to get the technician to install the internet successfully.
Therefore, how is it possible to cancel the previous two orders as they are not necessary?

Hi Thomas,
could you tell me why your sales people then offer that 100 € credit, when making the agreements over phone? This was the case for me, when I was browsing for options online and was chatting to the chat and then a sales person called me and offered the Red 1Gbit Internet & Phone with 100 € credit along with free WLAN box and free safety package for the first two months.

no, i can't tell you that. There is no reference to the credit. Afterwards we can do unfortunately nothing there.
