On behalf of Mrs *** (fon ***, you STILL have an outstanding bill to her even though she returned her TV box a year ago. She returned it because she hadn't had TV since the summer of 2016 and you refused to send a technician out to her house to fix it. The current bill has to be wiped clean.

has Mrs. A. reported the interference? Did Mrs A. properly terminate the contract? Or was the device simply returned?
I am afraid there is not much we can do here if Mrs A. has unilaterally regarded the contract as terminated. Apart from that, we lack all the information on the case.
