Invoice Payment

I have Transferred money (20€) regarding the payment of Vodafone invoice which will be on 07/01/2019, I used Reference line (Kunden-Nr. ***, ........ Gröbenzel) for the Transfer, can you assure me that you received the payment under my name?
From next month's invoice (07/02/2019) the payments should be by direct debit again (SEPA), do I need to send a new SEPA Form if it is the same Bank Account?
