Hi,
I never ordered a TV service, I do not own a TV despite telling the salesman I dont want a TV service, he booked one for me! I cancelled everything and I mailed back all the devices. Now I have a bill of 95 EURO! I demand a refund!

the smartcard and the CI+ module were charged because they arrived too late. I took care of the refund.

I'll be glad to help you. You didn't want television and just got a package? How did you cancel the contract and within what period? Did you receive a written cancellation confirmation?
Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message, then I can have a look at it. Then please contact me again here in the thread.
