Hello,
I have a red internet cable 32 connection from March 2017 , which by the contract has on offer the 32 MBps connection for 20 Euro for the first 24 months. During the installation, the technician from Vodafone had suggested that I can have a 100 mbps connection for the same rate for one year and after a year I can opt back to the 32 mbps connection if I didn't want to pay more .But after a year when I opted back to 32 Mbps connection, I am sent a bill of 30 Euro per month instead of 20 euro. Although I have not signed any other contract in this regard , I am now paying 30 euro per month since April 2018 . The contract I signed only requires me to pay 20 euros for Red internet 32 for the first 24 moths.
I have sent a couple of enquiries and mail in this regard and finally I am sent a link to this forum by Vodafone to sort this out. I hope someone helps me out with this and do the needed to rectify and resolve the issue to avoid any further incovenience.

For the tariff Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable we have also sent you an order confirmation. There was the reference to the change (tariff and costs) also indicated.
